- Free shipping on orders above RM 300
Delivery Time
- 2–4 working days from the date of dispatch
- Notes: Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Criteria
Orders can only be shipped within the country of purchase. For example, if you are shopping on the online store, delivery is available only within that region.
Important Delivery Information
- For prepaid orders, a signature is required upon delivery.
- Once a package has been signed for, Vans is no longer liable for the item.
- Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch and are for reference only.
- Vans is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier processes.
Returns
- Registered users: Log in to My Account → Returns and submit a request within 14 days of delivery.
Order Changes or Cancellations:
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited (address or product changes).
- To cancel:
- My Account → My Orders
- My Account → My Orders
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once you receive a dispatch notification email, the order can no longer be cancelled.
