Return Policy

ORGANISING RETURNS 

If you’d like to request a return, simply contact our Customer Service team through the Contact Us page, and they’ll guide you through the next steps.

 

RETURNING THE PURCHASE

1.       You can submit return request within 14 days from the date the product is marked/recorded as delivered by courier, delivery services or other appointed logistic service provider.

2.       We will usually credit the refund back to the form of payment that you used to pay for the products within approximately fourteen (14) days from the date that we receive the products. Please note, it may take longer for the refund to appear on your payment card statement.

3.       Applicable Sales and Service Tax (SST) and Value Added Tax (VAT) on the product purchased will be refunded.

4.       In the event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and, where payment has already been made, refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment used by you for the transaction.

 

RETURNS EXCLUSIONS

For hygiene purposes, the following products cannot be returned: wearable technology, nutrition products, swimwear, earplugs, goggles, swimming paddles/fins, socks, gloves, shoe laces, insoles, bandages, hand wraps, towels, mats and other similar items. Products that come in sealed packaging cannot be returned.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1.       Returned products must be received within 14 days from the date the product is marked/recorded as delivered by courier, delivery services or other appointed logistic service provider. Any returns received after the mentioned period will not be processed and the products will be returned to you, and the shipping cost will be charged to you.

2.       If you've placed an order with more than 1 product, you can only request a return once all the products from your order have been delivered to you.

3.       Each product purchased can only be returned once. For orders containing multiple products, all returns must be made in a single request; separate returns for individual products from the same order are not permitted.

4.       Any additional products returned that were not included in the approved list of returned products will be sent back to the customer and the shipping or delivery cost will be charged to the customer.

5.       All products must be returned in one package.

6.       All products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure you include any belts and any designer packaging that may have been included. If in any case where the products have not been returned in their original state, used, etc. then the customer will have to pay for the shipping or delivery charges for the return. The customer will not be allowed to choose their means of shipping the products, it will be returned only through the shipping company/companies we work with.

7.       All products are quality checked before dispatching, however, if you receive a damaged or faulty product then please login to your registered account. Go to your ‘My Account’ and to ‘Return’ and follow the steps within 14 days from the date the product is marked/recorded as delivered by courier, delivery services or other appointed logistic service provider.

8.       You will receive an email to confirm that your return product(s) has been received and will process the refund.

9.       Return and refunds of products purchased online can be done through the processes mentioned above.

10.    If the products returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free (“Bundle Offers”), all the products related to the Bundle Offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.

11.    Any discount applied at the time of purchase will be prorated per product based on price, and discount amount will be void. A copy of your original receipt may be required.

 

OUR RIGHTS

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse refunds on products that are considered to be unfit for resale.

 

Return made outside of the 14 days timeframe will not be accepted and sent back to you, and the shipping and delivery cost will be charged to you.

 

Please note that if an incorrect product is handed by you to us or our delivery service partner, we shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.

 

If you choose to return any product to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, for this reason if returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage.

 

TRANSLATION

If this Return Policy is executed or translated into any language other than English (“Foreign Language Version”), the English language version of this Return Policy shall govern and shall take precedence over the Foreign Language Version.
